SUN-SMOOCHED AND THANKFUL

Good morning!

It's my last day at Palasiet; tomorrow morning I shall board the train back to Girona to my Spanish house, staying there until after Easter. After that my husband and I will drive back to Switzerland as I have my next immunosuppressant infusion on the 13th. I've had a wonderful stay here, the place is lovely, the staff is wonderful, the care is excellent, and I'd like to give my physiotherapist, Carina, a special mega thank you; she is incredibly fantastic, and such a lovely, fun person. I've learnt a lot from her, and my body feel tighter, less painful, and more toned. 

Also, after having totally lost my appetite because of my illness, it has now returned and is circling the restaurant, waving and asking for things I've not eaten in years. Such as ice-cream! I can eat it again! Yay!

Of course, I had to write a little poem, which I will also post on Instagram and tag Palasiet.

(helado-delighted!)
Body-toned,
Confidence-boosted,

Most of all,
I am
Shiny with gratitude.
